We're coming up on a nice, long holiday weekend, but before you head out of town or even out to the backyard for a burger, don't forget there are still some foreclosures over here that need watching. In this week's installment of Foreclosure Watch, actives and pendings remain more or less steady while the number of closings more than doubled. And I'm thinking you're thinking what I'm thinking - that this last is due to it being the end of the month. That is what you were thinking wasn't it?

So I can buy a foreclosed house through you?
(I went and looked at that (off Woodson Drive...on the Webber Road) house that you listed in your "Notable New Listings" for South Knoxville)
Nice blog!
Steve
Yes, I can definitely help you buy any of the homes featured on Foreclosure Watch - or anywhere else in Knoxville for that matter :)
Just send me a direct email at suzy.trotta@coldwellbanker.com or you can call me at 865-809-5221 and we can talk about what you'd like to do.
Thanks for stopping by and I'm really glad you like the blog.
Suzy
Thanks for your reply. :)
I had this paper clipping in my folder about some experimental zero-energy houses being built in Lenior City. This appeals to me.
Do you know of any zero-energy houses being built in Knox County or surrounding counties?
Steve
I had heard about the Lenoir City zero energy houses.
I'm not aware of any zero-energy homes currently in the works in our area (although ORNL is saying they're working on it), but Knoxville did unveil its first Energy Star home last week - http://blogs.knoxnews.com/knx/connected/2008/07/knoxville_unveils_first_energy.html
