I have just read article about Nevada, saying that 1 of 11 nevadians is expecting foreclosure in next two years. I am Toronto real estate agent and such numbers seem almost unbelievable to me. And median price 88000$$ in Knoxville for foreclosure? I am really curios when the buying fever will break out...
